Rooms to Rent

Nice renovation, my kids get to run around outside. New management great service and really friendly.

I would highly recommend rooms to rent for its high value proposition. It offers a nice, clean, livable environment, especially for those who find it difficult to be approved for a traditional apartment or who can’t afford extended stay type motels. For example, a sampling of one of the lower end extended stay hotels in Houston totaled about $1,800 per month. Rooms to Rent in Hempstead is roughly 1/3 of that, with no extra charges or hidden fees. For those who remember the old Rooms to Rent, there were plenty of issues. Although the name is the same, this is a brand new completely upgraded version. The owner has invested a tremendous amount of capital renovating this facility and more positive things are coming. The staff have been wonderful. I want to especially give massive Kudo’s to Diane, who works extremely hard to keep the facilities clean and organized, running like a well-oiled machine. Despite the long hours she puts in, she finds the time to help me in so many ways. I am disabled and she checks on me daily to see how I am doing. That is like family, and that is the goal of this new Rooms to Rent mentality. Make the atmosphere feel like a community. I strongly urge anyone who is considering this option to check it out. P.S. No I am not associated with Rooms to Rent. I came here because I could not afford a traditional hotel, was familiar with the old Rooms to Rent, and have been extremely pleasantly surprised with the New Rooms to Rent.

I love rooms to rent! People think they should be living in Caesars Palace and only pay $530 a month. I'm happy with it because it's not very expensive, the ladies there are very nice and friendly, everyone gets along pretty well and it's quiet most of the time almost all of the time and relaxing. I recommend this place for anyone who is on a budget and doesn't want to pay sky high prices!

Awesome place to stay—clean, quiet, and super convenient. Highly recommend!

The quality of service is undeniably great. The building is kept clean and the atmosphere is very refreshing!

The rooms are not made for a family of four (I have children). The manager is nice and respectful. There is a kitchen to cook and clean your dishes. The bathrooms have a shower with decent water pressure. They do have a big open field where you can sit and enjoy the outdoors, smoke a cigarette, or let your kids run wild and dogs are allowed. Aside from the average size rooms if you're looking for a place to stay for a week or two this is definitely a place to stay.

The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has been fully renovated, and the new management is much better! The place was really clean, and ever since the management changed, the hotel has improved a lot!
